Vaihdamme uuteen toiminnanohjausjärjestelmään 6.2.2023
Yhteistyökumppaneidemme on hyvä olla
tietoisia seuraavista seikoista:
siirtäessämme asiakasrekisterimme tietoja uuteen toiminnanohjausjärjestelmään lähtee rekisterissämme olevien asiakasyritysten yhteyshenkilöille automaattisesti lain vaatima GDPR-viesti. Tallennamme järjestelmään ainoastaan yhteistyömme kannalta välttämättömiä tietoja, mutta asiakkaalla on GDPR-asetuksen mukaisesti mahdollisuus kieltäytyä henkilötietojensa tallentamisesta järjestelmäämme vastaamalla tuohon viestiin.
Toiminnanohjausjärjestelmän muuttuessa myös laskujen ja muiden järjestelmästä tulostuvien asiakirjojen, kuten esim. tilausvahvistuksen ja lähetteen, ulkonäöt tulevat muuttumaan. Laskutus- ja muut yhteystiedot pysyvät kuitenkin entisellään.
Toiminnanohjausjärjestelmän muutoksen yhteydessä myös nettikauppamme on väliaikaisesti pois käytöstä.

ebm-papst Oy is implementing a new enterprise resource planning system starting on 6th of February 2023.
Due to this change our partners should be aware about the following issues:
when we transfer data from our customer register to the new enterprise resource planning system, the GDPR message required by law is automatically sent to the contact persons of the customer companies in our register. In our system we only store information that is necessary for our cooperation, but the customer has the option, in accordance with the GDPR regulation, to refuse the storage of his personal data by replying to that message.
When the operational control system changes, the appearance of invoices and other documents printed from the system, such as e.g. order confirmation and shipment note, will also change. However, billing and other contact information will remain the same.
Due to the change of the operational control system, our online store is also temporarily out of order.
